Integrated Health Management (IHM) is a business management & consulting firm based out of New Orleans, Louisiana that has assisted physician groups thrive since 1995.
IHM’s services focus on both operational efficiency and business growth with the ultimate goal of improving the viability, sustainability and profitability of the client’s practice and its members’ ancillary investments.
Our mission is to manage and consult from our client’s perspective and to exceed our client’s expectations through service and results.
In addition to implementing our client’s strategic vision, our goal is to provide proactive services for our client’s benefit and track leading indicators when measuring viability. Our typical clients are physician groups or surgery centers that wish to maintain their independence or are looking for strategic alliances. Clients are both business oriented and/or looking to gain access to high level professional management support.
Nathaniel “Nate” Graff
Nathaniel C. Graff is a founding shareholder of Integrated Health Management, Inc. and has served as its President since 1996.
Originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Mr. Graff received his bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University, and holds a master’s degree focused in health systems management from Tulane University. Mr. Graff resides in New Orleans with his wife and daughter and enjoys the music and festivities of the city.
Mindy Cordell brings more than a decade of marketing management and business development experience to IHM. Born and raised in Louisiana, Mindy earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, and her master’s in business administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She returned to Louisiana in 2007 to raise her children. Mindy uses her experience in healthcare, journalism, and marketing communications to weave clear, targeted messaging through every stage of branding, strategy development, media buying, public relations, and social media marketing for IHM clients.
Jeanne Darce is a native of New Orleans and graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned her Bachelor degree in Interior Design in 2008. Following her graduation, Jeanne had the opportunity to market and manage her own business for 5 years. Jeanne joined IHM in 2013 and is applying her design, marketing and business development skills to help promote IHM clients and assist them with initiatives to increase their patient base and referral sources.
A native of central Louisiana, William Neblett received his undergraduate degree from LSU and MBA focused on finance and accounting from Tulane University. After starting his career in the Oil and Gas industry, Will adapted to the plunge in oil prices and transitioned into healthcare with IHM. Using his focused demeanor, Will is in charge of keeping IHM’s client’s payables processes efficient and financial statements accurate. In addition, Will assists with cost analysis and other financial analysis for client projects. Will resides in the University area of New Orleans and is likely having more fun than most bean-counting types.
Born and raised in Georgia, Brian has called New Orleans home for nearly 20 years. He earned his BA and MBA degrees from Loyola University in New Orleans. Over the course of his career, Brian has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings in operations, marketing/communications, and provider recruitment. Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer for the faculty group practice of a major academic institution, Brian applies his strong executive/management and yellow belt Lean Six Sigma skills to IHM client projects. Brian and his family live in the Garden District, and he enjoys soaking up all of the local culture.
Eric Stein has over 15 years of revenue cycle management and credentialing experience in physician group practices. He has expertise is in obtaining authorizations, verifying eligibility, appealing denials and overall account receivable management. In addition to credentialing, Eric assist IHM clients by monitoring their viability and accounts receivable and assisting in making sure clients get paid for the work they perform. Eric returned to his native New Orleans after attending LSU and is a devoted LSU sports fan.
Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Nicki is a Revenue Cycle Specialist with an Associate’s degree in Medical Billing and Coding. Prior to joining IHM, Nicki was a standout biller for several large physician group practices. Nicki is also experienced in Medical Office Management and Credentialing and is an expert with numerous Electronic Health Records programs, accounting programs and HIPPA regulations. When she’s not helping IHM clients maximize their revenue, Nicki enjoys spending time with her family.
A native of the Northshore region of greater New Orleans, Hugh worked most of his career in New Orleans. He earned his BS and MBA degrees from Louisiana State University and has spent over 20 years in healthcare administration and operations. Hugh served as Executive Director for three of New Orleans’ top Skilled Nursing Facilities and one Inpatient Rehab Hospital before transitioning to outpatient care where he managed a 24 physician/ 4 location medical group. When he’s not assisting IHM clients with practice management and operations issues, Hugh resides in the Lakeview neighborhood and enjoys playing golf, saltwater fishing and the New Orleans music scene.
Meghan Martinez is a native to the New Orleans area. Meghan is a Medical Assistant with her Associate’s degrees in Business Technology and Accounting. Before joining IHM, Meghan worked as an executive assistant and bookkeeper in a Dental Practice Management firm. Meghan serves as IHM’s executive assistant and performs bookkeeping services for several of IHM’s clients.
